Brian Hoagland, who has been in the comprehensive inspection field in Florida since 1988, performs all inspections. He became a home inspector after 15 years of construction and termite control experience in New York and New Jersey. He is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector (HI771), a Registered Professional Inspector with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterINACHI), has a Building Inspector certification from the International Code Council (ICC), and is a FHA Compliance Inspector (B709). Hoagland's InspectRight, Inc. is also an Accredited member of the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida with an A+ rating since 2005.
