Hoagland’s InspectRight, Inc. is a licensed and insured independently owned and operated corporation.  We are not a franchise.  We have been conducting inspections in Brevard County, Florida since 1994.  Most purchasers are unaware that home inspection is an unregulated field in the state of Florida.  It is important that your inspector has the necessary qualifications and experience.  Brian Hoagland, who has been in the comprehensive inspection field in Florida since 1988, performs all inspections.  He became a home inspector after 15 years of construction and termite control experience in New York and New Jersey.  He is a Registered Professional Inspector with the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and has a Building Inspector certification from the International Code Council (ICC).  Hoagland's InspectRight, Inc. is also a member in good standing with the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida.
